Take A Group Class:
- There are always tons of group classes within your neighborhood or your local gym. Try to make a habit of trying 1 new class a week to see which ones you really like. -By working out with a friend with the same goals as you will ensure both of you hold each other accountable
and have a lot of fun in the process.
Invest In A Personal Trainer:
-By having a qualified fitness professional guiding you to help you reach your weight loss goals you can be assured that no 2 workouts will ever be the same and most importantly fun. Take Your Workout Outside:
-I know it’s the dead of winter outside especially in most of the north east but it doesn’t mean you can’t workout outside. As addressed in my previous post working outside can really be fun, invigorating and a challenging experience. Just the right challenge that your body needs to start seeing results again!
