Simple Fat Burning Boxing Combo

Wow things have gotten busy at Ortiz Fitness HQ since I got back from Cali two weeks ago. Things are really picking up here and I got a ton of new projects in the works. I can’t tell you what they are yet but if your a personal trainer or someone looking to get in shape I have a project for each of you thats gonna blow your minds.

I’ve been getting a lot of e-mails with people asking me to show them a boxing combination that they can do right now as part of their current workout routines. If you aren’t using some aspect of Boxing into your current routine then you are missing out on a killer fat burning workout .

I’m gonna combo that you combo that you can do right now even if you never boxed before called an upper cut combodsc05597

Note:
You can preform this combo with or without free weights or gloves

  • Put your feet shoulder width apart in a semi squat position
  • Abs remain contracted
  • Palms up facing you
  • Keep your bicep nice and contracted
  • Start punching for 30 seconds alternating arms making sure to get full rotation in both your feet
  • After 30 seconds perform 25 squats and repeat 3 times.

This is popular combo that my students always love to preform and a great introduction to boxing for first timers. Have fun and contact me with any questions you may have.

If you want to see a step by step break down of this on video with a special bonus fill out the form below and I will be sending it on Friday.
